I had requested a payoneer payout for domain sales instead of paypal and other options since payoneer does not charge any fee and also offers a better exchange rate. However I received a paypal payment. How I can find out who has converted the payoneer payment to paypal causes losses to me?

You checked the sender, it's not a problem. You can message the sender why the payment made a detour to PayPal. You might have forgotten that you requested to receive a pay through PayPal.

It's probably a mistake on their part, have you contacted them to find out why they sent PayPal instead of what you asked for?

In my opinion it's impossible for a company to shift the payment to PayPal. How did they know her PayPal address. It's somewhat absurd in my thinking.
