Reliance retail, smart bazar in my city has a congested store

The Reliance retail, Smart Bazar in my city is a congested store. It's very difficult to move around with your trolley. I really got irritated. I felt it very difficult to find articles. Moreover there wasn't a small trolley and so I had take a big trolley which was difficult to move into narrow areas.
There are a number of billing counters but only a few have people to do the billing.
