Requirements for the Registration of a Bussiness Name are as follows:-
It requires the submission of a statement in writing, on the prescribed forms, signed by the appropriate persons and containing the following particulars:-
*} The bussiness nake after search and approval
*}The full address of the principal place of bussiness
*}The general nature of the business
*}The particulars if owners
*}The date of commencement of the bussiness
*} Certified passport photographs of the individuals claims to be owners.
*} Professional certificates in cases of firm's carrying on any professional bussinesses.
*} Submission of at least three years tax clearance certificates
