Rewarding neighbors for online fraud, data theft, lies

I have noticed that some powerful top tech, internet companies are closely monitoring my activities wherever I go. In at least three different states in the country, they are recruiting the dishonest neighbors and spreading fake rumors that the neighbors who do not spend time and money are doing all the work, to get the fraud neighbors great powers. How to end the neighbor online work fraud permanently?

The best thing to do would be to report the issue, this is the logical thing to do. The rate of fraud is really high where you are.

The top tech and internet companies are very rich and powerful, the government agencies are likely to ignore all the complaints and, in some cases, may be also getting bribes.
