Robotics has become very popular. It is introduced in schools from the first grades with the aim of popularizing STEM sciences.
Robotics has advantages but also disadvantages.
Children spend a lot of time on tablets anyway, and with robotics we give them even more tasks for the same. Some believe that robotics should only be introduced at the age of 10, and until then children should play with crayons, plasticine, and mud in order to develop motor skills and creativity. When did you hear kids last time went on competition from hand drawing?
