I see people that run restaurants wake up very early everyday to try and meet up with the early morning foodstuff market. I really pity them because of the stress.

Does it mean that running a restaurant requires that one must go to the market everyday?
 
Yes if running a food business one need to go the market everyday in order to keep food fresh and refreshing for customers.
Yeah those that wants to maintain their customers know this. You can lure new customers and maintain old ones with fresh meals
 
If the restaurant has been running and the restaurant owner has found a place/shop selling raw materials such as vegetables, etc., then you can ask your employees to make purchases. In some cases, restaurant entrepreneurs who do not have employees are assisted by family members, be it husband/wife, parents, younger siblings, older siblings, cousins, etc.
