According to the report, Russia has begun thinning out its military presence in Syria. Cargo planes have been seen taking Russian equipment away.
The report said that some of the planes ended up in Libya, at an air base near the city of Benghazi. Is Russia planning to abandon its bases in Syria, in favor of Libya? Is it feasible for Moscow to relocate its military assets to North Africa? What are the benefits, and what are the risks?
Putin is restless and whatever he wants to do for his country and pride he won't miss it. He wants to succeed unless necessary to vacate like what he was doing to his military bases in Syria.
