According to the report, Israel’s Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar condemned Russian strikes on Kyiv, which he says damaged the home of the secretary of the Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine. The remarks come after Sa’ar visited Kyiv and announced a strategic dialogue on the “Iranian threat” and denounced Russian attacks on civilians in Ukraine.

Meanwhile, President Putin reiterated Russia’s unchanged peace terms for Ukraine, demanding Kyiv drop NATO ambitions and cede occupied territories. Despite mounting global pressure after Russia’s deadly strike on Kyiv, Putin downplayed US President Trump’s ultimatum. He claimed military advances across multiple fronts and boasted delivery of Oreshnik missile systems to the army.
