Russia recruits mercenaries from North Korea

According to the National Resistance Center, North Korean soldiers have been placed under the command of the Russian 11th Air Assault Brigade. Their role is to monitor areas where military forces are concentrated and to staff control posts. However, these troops are not currently engaged in direct combat operations. The National Resistance Center also noted that North Korean forces have allowed the Kremlin to reassign Russian forces to the front lines. Mark Rutte, the Secretary General of NATO, stated that Russia is providing missiles to North Korea, and in return, North Korea is providing troops to Russia.
