Russia-Ukraine peace talks: Rubio to lead US delegation to Saudi Arabia

According to the report, Secretary of State Marco Rubio is set to lead a delegation of U.S. officials to Saudi Arabia this week for peace talks with Russian officials to seek an end to the war in Ukraine.

The report said that White House national security advisor Mike Waltz and Middle East special envoy Steve Witkoff are also expected to take part in discussions.

According to a report from Axios, the meetings are slated to begin Tuesday. This comes after last week's call between President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin in which Trump said they “agreed to have our respective teams start negotiations immediately.”

Hoping that the Saudi Arabia King helps restore peace among the warring countries. May success light their ways during their negotiations with Putin and Zelensky. Inviting Zelensky would not be stopping the war and saving innocent people dying from the stupid war.

I believe Donald Trump is coming to realization of what Ukraine war is to United States. He is now seeing the need to give Ukraine some necessary support. If Ukraine fails to be truly independent, i very sure all Europe countries will be at mercy of Russia.
