The report added that U.S. Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin and the Pentagon have acknowledged that there is no one capability, there is no silver bullet that is going to enable Ukraine to succeed.

The report said that is this one of the reasons for the delay in providing permission to Ukraine for the use of long-range weapons.
