In an interview with CNN, Russian Deputy Minister Sergei Ryabkov warned that global tensions have reached an all-time high as the war enters its third year. He said that there is no "magic solution" to the problem. He even accused that the West lacks "common sense."

President Joe Biden's administration has vowed $725 million worth of military aid for Ukraine, which can help bolster its position. The Russian Deputy Minister warned that the possibility of intensification should not be ignored, as it is mostly determined by actions made in Washington.
