According to the report, the Bureau of Immigration arrested a 21-year-old Russian vlogger who went viral online for claiming he would deliberately spread HIV while in the Philippines.
The report stated that the suspect, identified as Nikita Chekhov, was apprehended inside a condominium building in Quezon City. He entered the country as a tourist on Jan. 15 via Shanghai, China.
The report added that shortly after his arrival, he uploaded videos filmed in Bonifacio High Street in Taguig City, where he made claims that he intended to spread HIV during his stay.
Don't mess with my country and the police authorities.
