But he failed to analyze that the decline of its population is his war. Many died in the war not only the military men but also the innocent civilians.

The Kremlin has sought to boost the birth rate by offering tax breaks and cash incentives to families. The boosting of the tax rate reduction does not inspire the people. Their minds are full of fear.

The best option s for Putin to end the war and make peace with president Zelensky. Raising more babies does not solve the problem because when the babies grow they ail only die in war.
