Saving and investing which comes first on your mind?

For me when l hear something like savings and investing the first thing that comes into my mind is the savings. That's because you must save first to accumulate some money for the investment portfolios.

Although investing doesn't necessarily require a lot of money, it's still a good idea to have some savings, even if it's small, as well as an emergency fund and financial stability before investing.

There are allot of ways by which you can invest whether its real estate investments or capital investments.
