One business that is promising is owning a school. One of the things that a school needs primarily is teachers. And then, paying teachers is not easy especially for a school that is just starting.

How can a school optimize the number of staff it should employ to keep costs low?

The only way to do this is start small. The school needs teachers, and if you are going to have a secondary section, you can't have one teacher teach multiple courses.

Running a school is a promising business but the biggest challenge lies in the cost of paying teachers. When a school is young, it does not have enough income so it is important to plan the number of staff carefully. Hiring too many teachers without planning increases the financial burden.

One way to reduce costs is to plan well so that existing teachers can teach many classes without tiring. The school can also start with part-time or volunteer teachers, especially for non-core subjects. Technology such as learning videos can help reduce the need for teachers for each subject.

It is also important to ensure that the quality of education does not decrease. Even with a few teachers, strive for them to be well-qualified and motivated to teach. As the school grows, you can increase the number of teachers according to needs. Planning wisely brings long-term success.
