School Business: How do you manage the number of staff to be optimal?

One business that is promising is owning a school. One of the things that a school needs primarily is teachers. And then, paying teachers is not easy especially for a school that is just starting.

How can a school optimize the number of staff it should employ to keep costs low?

When it comes to paying staff anywhere it is not easy but you just have to start from somewhere. Just start small

Try and get teachers that can teach two subjects to start with. That would be cheaper than having to pay two teachers for two subjects.

The only way to do this is start small. The school needs teachers, and if you are going to have a secondary section, you can't have one teacher teach multiple courses.
