Two popular businesses that thrive amongst the less educated people in my country are scrap gathering which are sold to recyclers and the business of getting waste from households for a fee. Which of these two businesses do you think pays the operator of such more?

Both are very good depending on which one works for a particular person based on the demand. I think house to house waste disposal is more realistic.
