Both have their advantages and disadvantages. I think it is better to sell both online and offline. This way you can reach out to more persons.
I personally prefer to buy jewelry at physical store. I want to try it on and see if it fits me.
As a business owner selling anything it is wise to do it both online or offline and find out which sides works for your business better
