Selling on Social Media: How Do You Become Successful

I use Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram as my main platforms for selling products. Even though I have a website and have built a store on my website, I do not get a lot of traffic on my websites, so sales do not happen too frequently. Running a full e-commerce site is complex and also costly. However, selling on social media is easier, faster, and more engaging for direct sales. Except advertising, there are no other costs associated with social selling. Have you tried it, how do you become successful?

I only tried Facebook Market Place. It helps me sell my products. I was able to sell 5 branded Tshirts last month he he. This month, I'm still waiting for those I followup.

I think being successful selling on social media has to do with how your market and promote your products. Recently i started joining some groups and becoming active on line to gain more visibility.

Select the social media channels where your target audience spends the most time. For example, Instagram and TikTok are great for visual products, while LinkedIn is better for B2B sales.
