Currently, the Bonk token is trading below the simple moving average (100 days) which indicates that the average price is lower than the current market price. If we use RSI, there is a decrease of more than 50% which indicates that buying pressure has weakened.
As an investor who holds millions of Bonk tokens that are being staked, of course, they will be worried about the destruction of the Bonk token. But retail investors are also unlikely to sell when the Bonk price drops drastically, which of course will result in huge losses.
