Yes most times they are usually cheaper, but once they notice you need it urgently or the book at that moment is on high demand, they would increase the price. Like the books use for Jamb, they tend to increase the price.

There is a place in Lagos you will see heap of books and the price is very cheap. Most of the seller don't know much about books and titles of great books. They simply sell all as novels. Once i picked a book called Adolf Hitler by John Toland. A book a history student is begging me to sell it $45 for him, but i refused.
