Usually the sender details are provided for each Faucetpay payment. I received a usd payment from scalelup and noticed there was no entry in Faucetpay though the usd balance increased. Has anyone else faced this problem?
 
Hi, I've also experienced something similar several times. Generally, the sender details appear automatically, but with some payments, as you mentioned, the USD balance increases without any entry being registered in FaucetPay or any sender details appearing. I think it might be a temporary system issue or a platform update that hasn't yet reflected all the information. I've also read that some users have had problems with certain faucet payments or external integrations, where the transfer only appears in the balance but not in the records. It would be advisable to contact FaucetPay support directly to clarify the matter, as they might be experiencing a technical problem or a specific restriction. In the meantime, it's always a good idea to save screenshots or proof of payments in case we need to file a claim.
