Service Business: You don't have anything to tell me about quality of your business place is looking terrible.

So my sister just moved into a new neighborhood and we were out scouting for schools in the neighborhood to enroll her kids. And all the schools we saw in the neighborhood were terrible looking from just entering the gate.

Some of the head of those schools were telling us about the quality of their teaching and all. But their schools can easily be mistakenn for a poultry farm at first entry. The paints were peeling. The buildings were unattractive and the office was rancorous. Such a school has no business telling me about quality of teaching. It should start from the physical appearance of the school.

Service providers should put in efforts in maintaining their business premises to look good.

I have always been conscious of how my shop looks. I make sure I repaint my shop at the beginning of every year when when the former painting is not badly faded. The outlook of a business place matters very much.

You are right I needed to buy food for a sick friend I visited around her area . The food centres I saw there were. not appealing at all. I was wondering how their food will taste like with such terrible business premises and I end up not buying.

The quality of how the place looks like also plays a role on how potential customers will look at the place.

Of course yes. Most businesses are still struggling because of their bad outward appearance and lookings for sure There is sense between the quality of service and the nature of the business environment.

I would rather put the efforts put into advertising to making the business office look nice and attractive before I think of advertising. That's a mark of quality for me too.
