There is a young lady living close to my shop. Seem she doesn't have a mirror at home. She comes to my shop to use my mirror everyday after dressing to go out. She makes clothes on a regular basis but has never patronized me. Should I stop her from using my shop mirror because she patronizes my competitors?

That's just weird, it might be notting, but you know here in Africa we tend to read spiritual meanings to things like this, so you need to be careful but instead of stopping her, so it won't look like you drove a potential customer, cause people like this tend to twist the story out there for others to hear, which might affect how other potential customers see you in the future, it's best to just remove the mirror from there and keep it somewhere else, when your customers come you can easily bring it for them to make use of.

Smart idea. Just tell her the mirror scattered. That's the height of contempt for me. She can easily twist this as you have said.

Yes exactly, and the worse part about the whole thing is that you won't be there even tell them your side of the story or defend yourself.

Well, maybe you can

That's right. She can simply place the mirror out of the customer's line of sight. That customer continues to use your mirror without supporting or patronizing you, which is strange. I will definitely be too shy to do that. Hehe. I will purchase something from you if I wish to use your mirror.

Lol same here, i would be feeling guilty since i have not made any purchases. Some persons just don't have shame at all.

I will feel embarrassed if I use the shop's mirror or other facilities if I don't patronize the shop. In the case you mentioned, I will tell the customer it's nice to see her regularly and ask if there is anything she needs from my shop.

That customer might melt from shame. If she has commonsense she should not do it regularly unless, she's also a customer but since not she should not be allowed to see herself in the mirror.
