Short on supplies disappoints the customers, which disappoints them, well, of course, if they live far away and just come to purchase goods in the same store as a retained customer and once they are here, they feel a sudden surge of anger when seeing the shelf empty. There is a bad impact on this and one is the customer dissatisfaction rating rate for you. It should be the in charge of the products to do the monitoring and not the business owner. The owner hired someone skilled only to fail him, so it is better to reprimand that personnel as much as possible to avoid the same mistake crucial to the business ' interest and customers as well.

True, I usually feel disappointed when I go to a place where I normally buy certain things from, only to get there and find out they are out of stock.

I also experienced it and saw customers murmured and left dunno if they intend to come back. It's disappointing if experience that way. That business may suffer bad reputation.

Some might come back, but there are does who would try other places and unexpectedly fall in love with that new place.

That can happen customers to go to other business center. They may come back to their used to business if hear about surplus supplies of their preferences.

It is frustrating, no doubt about it. I wouldn't say I like it when I go to a distant location to buy something I want, only to discover that it is unavailable. If that happens, I won't bother returning to that store again.

I will do the same not to come back to that store. Our experience might be repeated. I experienced this in a store near home but the item l want wasn't available. It happened 3 times so I never came back to that store.

Some customers, when they come to buy from a business and the business is out of stock for two consecutive times, they have just written that business off and won't patronize or refer them to anyone again.

It can be upsetting when you consistently return to a store only to find that the item you want is unavailable. I usually find an alternative store that carries the item I need.
