Should a business manager bend to the convenience of his team?

When it comes to managing a business, running a team is very vital. My boss used to tell me that he doesn't run the team in the convenience of the team members but he wants to establish a system for the team members to operate in which would benefit the organisation.

I want to ask if the convenience of a staff team should be placed as a factor when making decisions.

There has to be a balance with accomodating the convenience of staff and instituting your company's policy. Giving the staff too much convenience would make you lose control while always pushing company policy against the wishes if staff could appear toxic.

That's right just strike a balance be sure that what you are offering to your staff would not affect you or your business

That's because they want their boss to be impressed. And in the end, they appear toxic and build a negative reputation for themselves amongst the staff.

Most team members in business organisations always perceive the organisation as toxic simply the manager is principled and would not bend to their desires.
