Should a business person introduce his or her child into his or her business?

For some business people, there is always a dilemma of introducing their kids into their business. Is it mandatory to introduce your child to your business? Or you should allow the child to indicate interest before you bring him or her to the business?

Frankly speaking yes you will need to ask your child to know much about your establishment or business it's going to ensure that when you get to an old age where you can't manage your business again your children will then take over so it's very good to do this

There is no law that says a business person needs to introduce their kids to the business they do. It all depends on choice and if the child actually has passion for that business.
