Should a business person report every business challenge they encounter to their business mentor?

A business mentor is one person who that has succeeded in business that guides a younger business person to success. Is it every business challenge that a young business person faces that he or she would report to their business mentors? If not all, what kinds of business problems should a business person report to the mentor?

I don't see anything wrong with this though, this is why a mentor is needed to help them through these difficulties.

Yes some growth needs personal growth and this comes through personal doings it is good to solve some problem yourself

Mentors don't teach everything. They help you to lay the foundations of your business. You get back to them when you are in a fix.

You can do such to your close person but not necessarily your mentor so that you don't get the person overwhelmed with issues
