Should apprentices be made to wear uniforms?

I am a free person and I wouldn't want to stretch anyone. Someone said that I should enforce uniforms on my apprentices to make them look professional.

Why does apprentices need to wear uniform? What does it add to the business?

Nope, I don't think wearing a uniform makes one professional in anyway. it is the outlook of the person that matters most to me.

I am a very liberal person and I won't want to enforce it that my staff should wear uniforms. It might stress them.

For me l can say that uniforms are so great for businesses and that they are made to look so professional for sure.

It's not a must, though in countries like benin Republic, it is a must that they wear uniforms, even their universities have uniforms as well.

Apprentices are adults that should be allowed to be flexible. Uniforms should be imposed if it is a formal sector.

Unless. the organization just wants that. but I personally don't see the need for that. if you talks in terms of neatness one can still be neat with other outfits

Apprentices wear uniforms for what? The main thing is to teach them the job for them to understand. All those uniform things don't matter to me

I believe apprentices should not be required to wear uniforms. They should be allowed to choose their clothing as long as it looks presentable.

individual needs and wants. if we have to do things it should be something necessary. if it is necessary for the business then go ahead with it
