I often encounter business owners using special phone numbers that are very different from the cost-effective numbers I use. Premium numbers offer several superior features, such as interactive voice response, call recording, call waiting, and more.

These premium number features will certainly help businesses streamline calls and provide a superior customer experience. They also make businesses appear more professional and serious. So should every business owner use a premium number?

Those numbers overwhelming but not necessarily for everyone. It depends your business. If big, that's cool, but small ones don't need many things. Big businesses must have those professional things.
