Should I take a percentage from the side hustles that my employees initiate but use company facilities?

Employees can initiate some side hustles for themselves to make more money. For instance, teachers in a school can organize extra lessons on their own. They would obviously use the school classrooms and utilities. Should the business owner get a percentage from the earnings from such side hustles?

On the other hand, teachers might argue that these lessons are outside their contracted hours, and they are sourcing their own students and income. If the school demands too much of a cut, teachers may feel exploited, since they’re the ones doing all the work

As long there is an agreement i don't see anything wrong with taking a percentage because they are using your equipments and resources, especially if it is something that requires constant maintenance.
