I learned today that it is called "radical honesty" in business. That's the act of letting your customers know the exact cost of production for your products and your profit margin.

Most businesses don't let customers know that. Does it make any sense to let customers know your exact cost of production?

For me, it is not advisable to dispose the cost of your production. They might make a comparison with the competitors and spread the results to others which will be crucial for your business. You need to build a business boundary.
