Should you sell inferior and superior quality of same product?

In my place, when you want buy something, you would see the dealer bringing two types of the same product to show you. One is the inferior quality for those that are on a budget and the other is the superior quality for those that can afford premium.

Should you sell both inferior and superior quality of a product?

The product you sell must not be of inferior quality. I think you may sell premium or budget/low end version with difference in benefits offered.

I must not be known to ever sell inferior products. My products are always the best quality possible. Wouldn't want to stain my reputation.

One of the store's strategies to reach various consumers is to provide various types of products, both low quality and high quality. There are also stores that specifically sell high quality products but in general they are quieter.
