I find that one of the Android smartphones which I use is malfunctioning only in the morning for a few hours, it then works properly for the rest of the day. Is this because a hacker is active only in the morning and has anyone else faced a similar problem with their smartphone?

I think this is something wrong in smartphone, first observe as this thing is happening on daily basis. One more possiblity as your smartphone may have some battery issues as once it started then after sometime it comes in flow. I never face this type of problem.

It didn't happen to my smart phone. It might be a confidence only. If it's under a warranty period you refer it to the center to fix the problem.
