Smartphone touchscreen problem

One app which I use is asking users to verify, so that they can confirm that a human is listening. I am pressing the verify button on the touchscreen, yet it is not getting verified or accepted. What could be the reason why I am facing this problem and how to fix it?

It might not be a screen problem though, it could be a problem from the site. Have you tried putting your phone on landscape mode then try clicking the bottom again, or try other apps.
