Sociopreneur is a business that combines business goals with social goals so that it is more likely to create a positive impact on society. Socipreneur's business orientation is to achieve social goals as well as business continuity. Meanwhile, entrepreneurs are only oriented towards profit targets.
Some examples of Sociopreneur companies
- Grameen Bank in Bangladesh, which provides loans to poor women, so they can build small businesses.
- TOMS Shoes (Texas, US) for every pair of shoes sold, this company will give a free pair of shoes to children in need.

I also often see food stall traders preparing 10 portions of free food every Friday, to people in need. Do you think sociopreneurs will suffer losses?

Sociopreneurs know what they're doing. There's no loss for they're allocating only a portion. They're considered heroes for their sacrificial love towards helpless humanity. That's one of their goals and vision of their kind of entrepreneurship.

At the moment my business is mostly based on making profit, but with time I plan to be more involved in social activities.
That's would be a great idea so that you can get more people even involved in your business through your active activities
