Some customers are just unnecessarily cocky. How do you handle such customers?

I have come across a lot of them, and they are extremely annoying. What i do is to simply ignore this aspect about them and focus on giving them my services.

You are absolutely right! Some customers can be a bullet in the arse. No matter what, you can hardly please them. The best way to treat such kind of customers is to find easy to discharge them.

I don't even attend to such customers when your attitude is cocky from a distance. I leave them to my other colleague.
