Remember to prioritize self-care. Even if some people consider it selfish, it is indispensable to disregard their opinions. Taking care of yourself is essential, and it does not have to involve spending money. You can engage in many different nurturing activities at home, such as reading a book, enjoying quality time with loved ones, cooking your favorite meal, writing about your goals, tidying up your living space, watching a heartwarming movie, spending time with your pets, and much more. What else can you add?

I agree that self-care does not need to spend money. You can do exercise at home or go out for a long walk. As for mental well-being, enjoy free music on YouTube and reading eBooks available on the net.
That is correct. Exercising is a form of self-care. It means you are taking care of your health amd well-being. I exercise at home 3-4 times per week.

I doubt if there is a way you can really avoid spending though. If you truly plan on taking care of yourself you have to spend. How much you spend is what matters.

You can work out at home and there is no need to spend any dime on it. You can also listen to Spotify to relax your mind, which is a form of self-care.
