Some sites are absolutely fast and doesn't take time to downloadm. For example, Discussionbuck is very fast before two seconds, the site have open. But there are sites that takes more than 20 seconds or more to download though am using the same internet bandwidth.
What may be the reason for such discrepancy in downloading speed?
