Sophia the AI robot gives commencement speech at New York college. Some grads weren't so pleased

The private university opted to have an artificially intelligent robot named Sophia speak on Saturday to the over 2,000 people in attendance, including graduates, faculty members, and families. The robot delivered a commencement speech which the graduates did not find it find it interesting and appealing.

The speaker wasn't well-received by everyone, however, with some students creating a petition to replace the robot with a human.

A major role of higher education is to be an incubator for innovation and to prepare students for both the opportunities and challenges of the future and not to be represented by a robot.

They're truly lambasted by insults a robot outsmarted the school heads. The spectators were wondering why the mic wasn't handed to human but to robot. What an insult.
