South Africa declares national disaster over floods

South Africa declared a national disaster after floods killed 30 people. For me, the most relevant aspect is climate change. Personally, I think it’s heartbreaking how extreme weather devastates communities. What surprises me is the scale of evacuations. For me, the most important step is resilience. In the end, I believe floods highlight Africa’s climate vulnerability.

That's so sad, i really hope they can find a way create preventive measures next time, and i do hope the affected families can move on.
