According to the report, people have taken to the streets once again in South Korea to demand the resignation of President Yoon Suk Yeol after he was forced to overturn his own attempt to bring in Martial Law.

The report said that the country's defense minister has this morning apologized and offered to resign, along with some of his cabinet colleagues. A vote on whether to charge the President with misconduct is expected by the end of the week.

President Yoon is from a conservative party, but the leading party in S Korea, in terms of the number of parliamentary seats, is the Liberal one. However, this liberal party has been delaying and refusing to approve a law expanding the anti-spy act. And they have cut more than half of the national budget for nuclear energy (one of the key national industries). People say that because of the liberal party’s overreach, the president wanted to bring some attention but seriously this was a bad step. The majority of ppl are no longer keen on learning “why”. His opposition sides are already on the streets protesting - one viewer said.
