According to the report, Russia's latest decision to welcome 10,000 North Korean troops into Ukraine's conflict has triggered international concern. Sending of thousand troops does not solve the problem of the warring countries Ukraine and Russia. They better sit down and end the war peacefully. There are so many lives lost and billions of financial matters were wasted. The money better be spent for the improvement of the people's lives.
