South Korea wrongly introduced as North Korea at Olympics

After the athletes from South Korea being mistakenly introduced as North Koreans during the opening ceremony in Paris, the Olympic organizers have released a "deep apology". Announcers in both French and English referred to the excited, flag-waving team as the "Democratic People's Republic of Korea," which is the formal name for North Korea, as they floated down the river Seine. Then, when the delegation from North Korea sailed by, the same name was used correctly.

I think that was a little bit of contradiction over the names over there.

That's was a genuine mistake as they have to take upon themselves to offer the apologies. I hope they get forgiven by the wronged country
