Spain will recruit truck drivers in Turkey to cover a 30,000-driver deficit. For me, the most relevant aspect is labor shortage. Personally, I think it’s fascinating how global recruitment solves local problems. What surprises me is the scale of deficit. For me, the most important step is training and integration. In the end, I believe logistics must adapt to globalization.
