When it comes to buying a phone, I do not have much issues with this. I know the specifications I need, but when it comes to laptops I have very little idea about them. What specifications should I look out for when buying one? I am a graphic designer so I make use of Photoshop, and I would also love to play games with the laptop on my free time.

If you are using your laptop to majorly play games and graphics design, what you would need majorly are the processor, the RAM and the Graphics card. They have to be at least mid end for such tasks.
Okay thanks for this information, so so you have any laptop in mind you might recommend?

Now a days there are a lots of choice when it comes to buying device, but choosing the right device for your work depends on your work time and your budget you have planed to spend on a laptop, but if you have good budget try to buy laptop that have graphics card that ends with 60, those laptops have good performance.

Get a laptop that has at least a 4 Gig RAM and an octa core processor. A Nivida Graphics card would do just fine and you are good to go.
Computer with Nivida graphics cards are quite costly. Nivida graphic card can give her all she need for graphics and gaming.

It depends on the brand you are buying. You would get a slightly better deal if you go for Acer or Dell rather than HP.
