I have had a situation in my business where a clothe I had sent to a customer in another city got torn on transit. The customer was furious but we had to split the losses. She paid half payment for a replacement and I paid half.

Did you ever have to split a loss with a customer?

It depends, if the fault is completely from my end, then I am usually the one who pays for the whole thing.
What if the fault is from the delivery driver or everything failed on transit? How do you handle such losses?
