Staff meeting everyday before the start of the day's operations. Is it too much?

A business organization that I know always holds staff meetings everyday before they start the operation of the day. Do you think that is too much for holding staff meetings?

I think it depends on the business policy. There are some business places you'd go and discover that meetings are done in a regular basis while others are done seldomly. It all depends on what works for them

If they are gaining staff meetings every morning before work takes place, then i think it's safe to say it more like team briefing for the day's task. Having a real meeting every day would be too much.

I won't work in such a business organization. I can't stand staff meetings every other day. It is draining.

Banks here in my country always have staff meetings from 7AM to about 7:50AM before they open by 8AM for the day's business.
