Indeed, stalking is a crime and can cause mental distress to the victim. Being stalked can be incredibly distressing and have a significant impact on mental health. The victim must report the matter to law enforcement. The family must act by reporting the stalking to the police. The police can investigate and may be able to take legal action against the stalker.

The victim might consider obtaining a restraining order or protective order to legally restrict the stalker’s contact with the victim. As much as possible, the victim must change her routines, vary her routes, and have a trusted person the victim can contact in case of emergency. It is crucial for the victim to go out at night alone to attend a party or program. She must not trust her surroundings. The criminal or stalker might just be lurking in a corner, waiting for the right time to attack.

It will be scary and crucial if there is someone unknown who stalks you. Our mind will tell, the stalker is a criminal. It happens in my place, one teacher was stalked and one day, the criminal intended to rape her, but he was caught and jailed up to this time.
