It costs a significant amount of money to get a gas refill station up and running in my country. One needs to invest in land, buildings, gas tanks, refueling equipment and more. I'm curious - for those in other locations, how much capital would be required to start a similar business there? What are the steps to becoming licensed? Share your insights on starting this type of business.

I know someone some years back who wanted to startup a fuel filling station, and according to him, he had spent more than ten million in naira, I am pretty sure a standard gas refill station would also be the same, but with the current economy it would definitely be more than that.

If you are considering starting a gas station business, it is essential to keep in mind that although it can be a profitable venture, it can also require a significant investment to get started. In the Philippines, opening a gas station can cost upwards of $10,000, depending on various factors such as the size and location of the station.

It is a very lucrative business but i must advice that such business must be insured. Without insurance, the sustainability of the business is very difficult. Gas is a very volatile product and can spark off at a slightest mistake.
